Organisations are expected to transition to PSIRF within 12 months of its publication, and transition should be completed by Autumn 2023. To help organisations prepare to transition to PSIRF we have developed a preparation guide to support those leading PSIRF implementation across the NHS.

It is a key part of the NHS patient safety strategy. The framework represents a significant shift in the way the NHS responds to patient safety incidents and is a major step towards establishing a safety management system across the NHS. The PSIRF will replace the current Serious Incident Framework (2015). In fact, some videos are specifically created to fool YouTube's content filters, as reported by the New York Times: " On YouTube Kids, Startling Videos Slip Past Filters". There are many videos without appropriate age restrictions. Parents - YouTube's "Safety Mode" is far from foolproof. No longer will teachers have to resort to downloading and converting videos with VDownloader or similar applications just to be able to share it with their students without risking potentially inappropriate ad pre-rolls or other nuisances. Thanks to our platform, teachers are able to share videos with their students without worrying about potentially inappropriate content.
